Details: More than half of women in Canada will experience abuse in their lifetime and over 360,000 children are exposed to family violence each year. On Saturday, May 12, Royal LePage offices across Canada will play host to the National Garage Sale for Shelter, a one-day charitable garage sale in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to supporting women’s shelters and ending family violence.
Members of the community are encouraged to get involved by donating used items to your local Royal LePage office by Friday, May 11 or by visiting Garage Sale events held at your local Royal LePage office on May 12.
