Details: NoshFest, Toronto’s Jewish food festival, will bring together the best of the city’s longstanding Jewish eateries with modern Jewish-inspired fare for a day-long celebration of food and culture. Hosting its second annual event, NoshFest will welcome acclaimed food and drink vendors from across the city including Caplansky’s Deli, Marty’s Pickles, Pancer’s Original Deli, Oakwood Hardware, Fruit of the Land and many more.
While noshing and schmoozing, guest will enjoy the tune of the klezmer band, Rock the Shtetl featuring Jonno Lightstone, while the kids will dance along the Mystic Drumz. The Leo Baeck Day School will host a fun and interactive kids zone with food and cultural crafts and activities to keep the little ones entertained.
New this year, guests will be welcome to watch cooking demos from the local Toronto chefs, including Julian Pancer from the Chef Upstairs and Amanda Rose from 3 Sisters’ Kitchen.
NoshFest has partnered this year with Leket, Israel’s National Food Bank, which distributes food inIsrael to those in need. When purchasing advance tickets, attendees will have a chance to make a donation to Leket.
